Sometimes life gets in the way and you're not in a position to plan your next home swap holiday or respond to members' enquiry messages. Therefore, please feel free to contact us at Home Base Holidays if you'd like to put your membership on hold for a few weeks or a few months.
There can be times where this is a really useful option e.g. when moving home, undertaking major house renovation, arranging a different type of holiday, or when a family member is unwell.
We'll always do whatever we can to help our members and so are always happy to pause your membership until you're ready to start home swapping again.
