It’s very useful to provide potential home swap guests with tips on what to pack (and what you won’t need) for a stay in your home.
Members living on Australia’s Sunshine Coast provide this information in their home exchange offer:
"The Sunshine Coast is well named with plenty of sun. In winter we'd wear a light jacket in the morning. There are no frosts, but we do get the occasional tropical downpour which we mostly look forward to as it cools things down. We wear shorts, t-shirts and sandals all year round. The nights are a bit cooler in winter but we'd never wear heavy coats, although would put an extra blanket on the bed. Washing dries very quickly on the line all year round so no need to bring a lot of clothing."
