John Smith

Just a brief response re Australian weather. The land mass stretches from the tropics to the roaring forties. As a consequence swapping in Sept/Oct can be ideal for many areas but it should be noted that summer in Tasmania particularly Feb/March is similar to southern England but with more sunshine. The best time to visit the Northern part of Australia is in the dry months May-Sept.

I would encourage readers to research their intended destination as areas climates do vary mightily. Hope this is of some help.
