Don't forget to say "Thanks but no thanks" to those members who have requested an exchange with you but is not suitable for whatever reason, too.

I just wanted to clarify: I certainly expect people to take some time to make a decision and explore exchange offers. The frustration I refer to in my submission is about those who promise to reply within a certain timeframe and then you never hear back from them, despite reminders. This has happened several times. A simple "No Thank you" would be great!
